I would like to thank everyone that played in my Captains Day and a special thanks to those that stayed for the presentation. What a great day it was with your support everything went brilliantly well with excellent feedback from you about the food. Michael the new aussie chef had promised me something ''exciting with lamb'' in honour of my kiwi connection and with his and Jimmy's Lamb Shishkebab and salad I thought they excelled. The winner of the Captains Cup, Pete Waters (pictured below) won a Stewart Trolley with a Ping Golf Bag on it, Runner up, Scott Seabrook, an M2 Driver. 3rd and 4th was Andy Alexander and Nick Davidson winning a 'Vokey' wedge and TaylorMade Trolley Bag respectively. There were good prizes down to 8th place. I must thank Ben in the proshop for making it possible for me to give these great prizes. The scores were fantastic with Pete waters scoring 42 Stableford pts. and then 2nd to 8th place all scored 40 pts. and places decided on count back!! I thank everyone that took part once again for making my Captains day so special.
